Experience Seamless Transactions with Contactless Cards

Tyndall is happy to announce that members will be receiving newly redesigned contactless cards.  The new cards come with advanced technology and modern convenience.

All cards will be reissued by November 2024, just in time for holiday shopping. 

  • You will receive an email from us when your new card is ordered that will contain important details.
  • Add your card to the Tyndall Cards App to see which account the new card belongs to.
  • Your old card will be blocked within 30 days of receiving your new card.
  • Cards are reissued in groups based on their expiration dates. This means that you will receive your debit and credit cards separately, depending on when they expire.
  • If you share ownership of the account, your card may not arrive at the same time as the primary cardholder's.
  • All cards have been redesigned and will have a new card number.
  • Make sure to update your information with any merchants you have recurring payments with to avoid any disruptions in service.
  • All members will be issued a contactless card regardless of expiration date.
  • To make sure that you receive your new card, go to My Profile to update your address and email address if they have changed.
