Safety Protocols for Scheduling an Appointment
The safety of our employees and members remains our top priority. If you would like to schedule an appointment, we ask that you respect the following safety protocols that we will be putting in place:
- Please continue to perform teller transactions through our drive-through lanes, an ATM, or our large selection of digital tools. Appointments are reserved for member service transactions.
- Face masks will be required at all times for anyone inside a Tyndall branch. Please only enter wearing a mask that meets these guidelines: has two or more layers, is worn over your nose and mouth and secured under your chin.
- Please do not come to an appointment if you are sick or if you were exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
- Please do not enter if you have any of the following symptoms: Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting.
